The Commission will assess the information which you provide and decide whether to investigate, refer or dismiss the report.
To justify an investigation, reports must raise a reasonable suspicion that the conduct reported may constitute corrupt conduct and meet the Commission’s priorities of investigating those matters involving serious or systemic corrupt conduct by ACT public sector officers or entities.
Provide as much information as you can to support your report. When you provide the Commission with complete, clear and accurate information, it allows the Commission to make better decisions.
The Commission is not a general complaint handling agency or administrative decisions review authority. Please ensure the matters you are reporting falls within the scope of corrupt conduct and relates to an ACT public entity under the jurisdiction of the Commission.

The information you provide to the Commission may be disclosed or referred to other entities at the discretion of the Commissioner. Please refer to sections 71(4), 107 and 196 of the Integrity Commission Act 2018 (the IC Act).

Reports about disclosable conduct made under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2012 (PID Act) alleging maladministration and/or substantial and specific danger to public health or safety, or the environment, should be made to a designated Disclosure Officer within the relevant ACT public sector entity.
